Made to order, then shipped

Every piece is made after you order it, so there's a short production window before anything ships.

Production: 2-7 business days
United States: 3-4 business days after that
International: 5-15 business days after that

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

International orders

Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country, and these are the recipient's responsibility. Adding a phone number at checkout helps couriers deliver without delays.

Where your order ships from

We work with production facilities in several countries. Your order is made at whichever one can get it to you fastest.

If something goes missing

If your tracking hasn't moved or your order hasn't arrived when it should have, email support@richandrich.co with your order number. If it's lost in transit we replace it free. Just get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
