Made to order

Every Rich & Rich piece is printed and finished after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, nothing is overproduced, and nothing gets marked down or sent to landfill. It also means your order is made specifically for you, so all sales are final.

If we get it wrong, we make it right

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or if it never arrives at all, we replace it free. You don't need to send anything back.

Email support@richandrich.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll get a replacement into production. If a package hasn't turned up, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Sizing

Because each piece is made to order, we can't offer size exchanges. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order. It has garment measurements for every style we make, and if you're between sizes on a hoodie or sweatshirt, take the larger one.

If you're unsure, email us before you order. We'd rather spend five minutes helping you pick than have you end up with the wrong fit.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, we'll need to charge for reshipping.
